Gîte très propre, spacieux ,lumineux et très fonctionnel, il y a tout le matériel indispensable pour cuisiner. La literie est excellente. Pour les courses,on a le choix entre 2 supermarchés mais aussi le petit marché du mercredi où on trouve de succulentes langoustines et huîtres.....entre autres Entouré de chevaux et ponctué par le chant des oiseaux,il est un endroit idéal pour sillonner la région :de l'île de Ré à Oleron,de Rochefort à Marennes.....on peut aussi à pied ou en vélo,découvrir des endroits moins touristiques comme les petits canaux, la Charente les marais avec tous les oiseaux et les cigognes. Malgré le temps passable, nous avons trouvé des centres d'intérêt variés toute la semaine , et avons été touchés par l’attention de notre hôtesse à notre arrivée :les produits locaux à notre disposition. Bref,nous recommandons très certainement ce gîte pour découvrir la région tout en restant un peu à l'écart des grands axes de circulation intense .
