Aucune critique à formuler. Le logement était ultra propre, la qualité matelas ferme et bonne, tout y était pour y vivre confortablement. À l’arrivée : Éponge neuve, 2 torchons propres, produits d’entretien, sèche-cheveux, descente de bain, protection matelas et oreiller. Logement avec déco personnalisée, grille de barbecue personnelle à chaque logement, espace extérieur personnel au logement. Possibilité de se garer sur le terrain. Tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Location confortable et bien équipée. Calme à proximité du marché (tout les matins l été) des plages et des pistes cyclables.nous avons visité l île en vélo en long en large et en travers. Propriétaire sympathique,avenant et très disponible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, gite très propre, très bien équipé, agréable et fonctionnel. Bien situé, proche du marché, des pistes cyclables et des plages.

Depuis 10 ans, nous venons dans ce gîte au mois de juin pour un moment de repos et de détente. Nous apprécions le calme et la proximité de la mer.

Très très bon séjour dans un cadre de logement formidable. La propriété est très sécurisée pour les véhicules. MR Lemonnier est une personne très agréable et surtout très à l’écoute des résidents Je recommande vivement ce logement pour passer des vacances de rêve

3e séjour dans ce gîte. Nous aimons cet endroit pour son calme et sa tranquillité. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Malgré le temps maussade, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Mr Lemonnier nous a très bien accueillis. Le gite était très propre et très bien équipé. Je le recommanderai sans hésiter à ma famille et mes amis.

Nous avons été reçu par le propriétaire très sympathique et nous nous sommes installés dans un gîte impeccabe et très fonctionnel. Nous gardons cette bonne adresse pour y retourner et la communiquerons sans problème si nos amis veulent visiter l ile d oleron.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind klein, aber nicht eng. Die Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist neu. Die letzte volle Augustwoche war noch Hauptsaison und es war entsprechend viel los. In der 2. Woche waren die französischen Schulferien vorbei und damit auch alle besonderen Angebote. Z.B. waren auf dem Markt nur noch ein Viertel der Stände. Parkplätze waren daher gut zu bekommen.

C'est la première fois que nous louons un gîte aussi propre et très bien aménagé, il ne manque rien, toutes les conditions sont réunis pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances.L'acceuille que nous a réservé Guillaume est très bien. Nous recommandons le gîte, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.
