J'aurais voulu mettre la note de 1 pour que les gens n'y aille pas et que j'ai de la place la prochaine fois... Mais je ne peux pas faire ça car l'hôte et le gîte méritent d'être connus ! Un petit gîte avec sale à manger et chambre séparée ainsi que douche et WC séparé également ce qui évite d'attendre quand le conjoint est sous la douche ou l'inverse ! Le seul défaut si il faut en donner un c'est le manque de climatisation par cette chaleur caniculaire mais au vu du prix du logement pour la semaine si il était climatisé ce serait loué 2 ans à l'avance ! Le gîte est très bien situé à 15 minutes du zoo de la palmyre ainsi que de royan. Et il ne faut que 7 minutes pour rejoindre la première plage. Supermarché à moins de 3 minutes on a manqué de rien ! Le propriétaire est une personne qui a compris qu'il n'y avait pas que l'argent dans la vie et qui a maintenu des prix très raisonnable pour la location ! Il est de très bon conseil et son accueil est très chaleureux Je ne sais pas si je pourrais y retourner l'année prochaine... Mais une chose est sûre on y retournera avec plaisir !

Vendu pour un séjour sportif, la location est adaptée pour un couple vivant à l'extérieur. Le logement est bien équipé. Les commerces sont à proximité. Le contact avec le propriétaire est excellent.
